Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Processes Principal Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Map business processes to solution requirements and drive change management for business transformation
• Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across various solutions, including best practice deployments
• Mentor business process consultants and deliver customer workshops and trainings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with seven years of experience, or a Master's degree with five years of experience
• Experience in designing and implementing Customer Relationship Management and related systems
• Strategic deployment of CRM/Trade Promotion Management solutions using a global template approach
• Development of unified, adaptable system architecture and implementation of configurable frameworks
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language and Object-Oriented Programming Methodology
