Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Program Manager focused on operations and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data extraction, analysis, and visualization for training schedule performance and health
• Create and maintain presentations to report on scheduling performance, highlighting trends and areas for improvement
• Assist in developing new training schedules and optimizing published schedules based on performance insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming
• OR Master's Degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or Programming
• 3+ years of experience in a business operations role
