Business Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Program Manager to develop and execute talent development programs within the Customer Success Account Manager Strategy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead talent development programs for field talent
• Engage with stakeholders to drive role execution excellence
• Synthesize business insights to identify risks and opportunities for program improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree in a related field AND 8+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of relevant experience
• Understanding of Customer Success and Global Support functions
• Ability to lead and influence virtual teams
• Strong presentation skills for diverse audiences
