Business Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Program Manager - Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide business insights to accelerate performance across solution areas and support sales execution
• Modernize sales operations by driving the adoption of Global Sales Operations Center services and standardizing processes
• Land and manage segmentation and territory planning while ensuring alignment with Microsoft strategy and maximizing business performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in sales operations or related areas, or equivalent experience
• Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience is preferred
• 4+ years of experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving in dynamic environments
• Experience in project management, analytics, and process improvement is essential
• Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to evolving business needs
