Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Program Manager to provide Business Process Management support and oversee the Knowledge Management Portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver BPM support for security and e-commerce initiatives
• Take ownership of the KM Portal, ensuring content accuracy and updates
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in project or program management
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or comparable productivity suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
