Key Responsibilities

• Conducts program landscape research and analysis to identify stakeholders and program scope
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and program strategies
• Drives the development and improvement of programs by identifying issues and implementing best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in program management or process improvement
• Strong interest in learning about new software, AI, or security technologies
• Demonstrated ability to assist others in understanding and applying new technologies
• Master's Degree in relevant field AND 3+ years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in program management
• Equivalent experience may be considered
