Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex projects, including planning, documentation, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute security-compliant programs from initiation to delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of relevant experience
• OR equivalent experience
• Master's Degree in a related field AND 8+ years of relevant experience is preferred
• Proven experience in program management and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with workforce management and change management processes is essential
