Business Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence across the Microsoft Unified and Consulting Services portfolio, the full-time Business Program Manager will generate actionable insights, support data-driven actions, and partner with stakeholders to enhance sales execution and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to drive programs that accelerate revenue reliability, growth, and accuracy aligned with MCEM standards and AI motions
• Optimize sales strategies and processes to drive sustainable growth and improve sales performance through effective insights translation
• Support execution of planning activities in collaboration with segment and operational leadership to enhance account planning and Go to Market motions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• Sound knowledge of financial and sales processes, scorecards, and key performance indicators used across Microsoft
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint, with an aptitude for handling complex data
• Experience in designing and improving reporting processes and data models for new and evolving business scenarios
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
