Business Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex, cross-functional programs, the remote Business Program Manager will oversee multiple related projects, ensure alignment with strategic objectives, and drive successful outcomes throughout the program lifecycle on a 6-month contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale programs, establishing governance and communication plans
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, monitoring performance against strategic objectives
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of project, program, or portfolio management experience, with a focus on large-scale programs
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and presenting to executive leadership
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet
