Business Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Project Manager (ADO) to support their client's portfolio through effective project management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project scope, milestones, and delivery timelines while tracking progress and dependencies
• Produce weekly and monthly execution status updates and ensure accurate reporting aligned with communication strategies
• Create and maintain project management artifacts and ensure proper use of Azure DevOps for tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Five or more years of project management experience
• Demonstrated success managing multiple parallel execution workstreams
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Epics, Features, Stories, queries, dashboards)
• Proven ability to manage timelines, risks, and dependencies in ambiguous environments
• Proficient in Microsoft productivity tools
