Business Project Manager

Job Summary

To support various business and technology initiatives, the remote contract Business Project Manager will drive execution by running status meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring successful releases while identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage status meetings and track action items to ensure closure and accountability across cross-functional teams
• Oversee the planning and production deployment of releases, utilizing Jira for tracking and reporting
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to prevent issues from impacting project delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly with cross-functional projects involving Salesforce and Oracle
• Strong expertise in Jira, including dashboard creation, reporting, and release tracking
• Experience working in Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall environments
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end releases from planning through production deployment
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
