Business Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Proposal Manager for their Energy and Water Business Unit in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to the Field License Sales and Consulting Organizations by managing, producing, and delivering high-quality proposals to win new revenue
• Review completed proposals for responsiveness and compliance
• Manage the execution of the proposal development plan, including establishing document version control methods, coordinating review and edit cycles, and ensuring final proposal compliance and responsiveness

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proposal management experience in both commercial and public sectors
• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a technical background or industry experience as a plus
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint
• Experience working with diverse vendor portals
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and work independently or in a team
