Job Summary

A company is looking for an AVP, BPL Fulfillment Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Make informed credit recommendations for borrowers seeking financing solutions for business purpose lending (BPL)
Review and underwrite BPL loans to ensure compliance with company guidelines and monitor credit risk
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to maintain knowledge of lending guidelines and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of mortgage loan underwriting experience, specifically with Business Purpose Loans (BPL)
3+ years of experience managing teams preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of BPL product offerings
Proven ability to analyze and issue accurate loan approval findings
