Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Recruiter for a 12-month project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for selected Go-To-Market roles
• Flexibly support other recruiters with sourcing and screening as needed
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for evolving commercial roles

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for finance, fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth tech companies
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Account Management, and Client Success roles
• Ability to recruit for complex roles, including quota-carrying sales talent
• Proactive, organized, and resourceful in a rapidly changing environment
• Analytical skills to use metrics for improving hiring outcomes
