Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong understanding of recruiting strategies and talent market dynamics
• Experience developing and implementing targeted recruitment programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting
