• Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Source and develop a candidate pipeline while interviewing and negotiating compensation
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective sourcing strategies and recruitment advertising

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years full-cycle business recruiting experience
• Previous startup experience with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of achieving high volume recruiting metrics
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Understanding of recruiting metrics to influence hiring decisions
