Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting for finance, fintech, B2B SaaS, or high-growth technology companies
• Experience in hiring for diverse role types including sales and business operations
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and recruit for evolving roles
• Proactive, organized, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
• Analytical mindset with a focus on using data to improve hiring outcomes
