Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level roles across Sales and Marketing, the remote Business Recruiter will manage sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and partner with hiring managers to ensure high-quality candidate selection.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level positions in Sales and Marketing
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to create diverse candidate pipelines and adapt based on performance metrics
  • Conduct structured interviews and lead debriefs to facilitate clear hiring decisions
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Sales, Revenue, or Marketing roles within SaaS
  • Proven ability to navigate high-growth environments with complexity and ambiguity
  • Strong data fluency and experience in monitoring funnel health and diagnosing issues
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and Gem, maintaining clean data hygiene
  • Demonstrated capability in building repeatable workflows or automation for process efficiency
