Job Summary
Owning full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level roles across Sales and Marketing, the remote Business Recruiter will manage sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and partner with hiring managers to ensure high-quality candidate selection.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level positions in Sales and Marketing
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to create diverse candidate pipelines and adapt based on performance metrics
- Conduct structured interviews and lead debriefs to facilitate clear hiring decisions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Sales, Revenue, or Marketing roles within SaaS
- Proven ability to navigate high-growth environments with complexity and ambiguity
- Strong data fluency and experience in monitoring funnel health and diagnosing issues
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and Gem, maintaining clean data hygiene
- Demonstrated capability in building repeatable workflows or automation for process efficiency
