Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology company, the full-time remote Business Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, focusing on sourcing and building a strong pipeline for Operations and Support roles.
Key responsibilities
- Run business hiring processes from initial conversation to offer, managing multiple roles simultaneously
- Source candidates proactively to build a robust pipeline and enhance the company's visibility in the healthcare tech industry
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, create interview plans, and maintain high hiring standards
Required qualifications
- Experience recruiting for early-stage companies, particularly for business roles in Operations, Support, and G&A
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes and handle multiple roles concurrently
- Sourcing-first mindset with a strong preference for outbound recruitment strategies
- Ability to navigate and hire for roles that are not fully defined yet
- Strong written communication skills for effective asynchronous collaboration across time zones
