Business Relationship Manager

Job Summary

To ensure Information Systems technology aligns with business needs, the full-time remote Business Relationship Manager will manage stakeholder relationships, develop IT strategies, and oversee technology roadmaps for Global Supply Chain, Contracts, and Legal functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to define system requirements and solutions
• Lead IT budgeting and resource planning, identifying opportunities for technology-driven solutions to enhance business value
• Facilitate comprehensive documentation of business requirements and oversee the delivery of strategic IT initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 12+ years of experience in business application management with at least 5+ years in Supply Chain processes
• Knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and systems
• Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party service providers
• US Citizenship is required
