Business Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

To support multiple cross-functional teams, the full-time Business Reporting Analyst II will manage business reporting solutions, mentor junior analysts, and ensure the timely delivery of accurate reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor Reporting Analyst I's to create new reporting and dashboard solutions that meet business needs
• Serve as a liaison between business and IT to provide technical direction for project requests
• Review IT UAT requests and ensure compliance with established reporting standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail positions such as Merch Planning, Buying, or Reporting
• Extensive knowledge of Merch Planning Systems and MicroStrategy BI or equivalent
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Power Query, and Power BI
• Experience in building dashboards and business reporting
• Familiarity with retail systems like RMS and PO Management
