Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Resilience Engineer to enhance organizational preparedness against business disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance Business Impact Analysis (BIA) methodology and lead BIA sessions with business units
Develop and test advanced cyber recovery strategies in collaboration with business process and technology owners
Plan and coordinate resilience exercises to ensure operational and cyber resilience

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Eight (8) years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or related areas
Relevant certification preferred (e.g., CBCP, CISSP, CISA, CISM)
Experience in performing business impact analyses and developing resiliency documentation
Familiarity with automation and reporting tools (e.g., SharePoint, JIRA, Power BI, Tableau)
