Business Resilience Engineer
Job Summary
To support the organization in adapting to business disruptions, the full-time Business Resilience Engineer will design and implement resilience strategies, manage incident response activities, and collaborate with business units to enhance operational resilience, primarily in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Leads Business Impact Analysis (BIA) sessions and enhances BIA methodology to prepare for business disruptions
- Partners with business process and technology owners to develop and test advanced cyber recovery strategies
- Plans and coordinates resilience exercises with business leaders to ensure operational and cyber resilience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with ten years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with fourteen years of experience
- Experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Cyber Security, or IT Risk Management
- Strong understanding of Business Continuity and Operational Resilience frameworks
- Proven experience leading Business Impact Analyses and Business Continuity Plans
- Relevant certifications such as CBCP, CISSP, CISA, or CISM are strongly preferred
