Business Risk Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Risk & Controls Advisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an understanding of the organization's business environment and analyze business trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Support the execution of risk management policies and procedures, identifying risks and control gaps while ensuring timely issue resolution
• Engage with regulatory and internal audit inquiries, assisting in the development of accurate and timely regulatory submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operations Risk, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
• Advanced analytical and data management skills
• Experience with Tableau, Excel, SQL, and developing analysis using weighted averages
• Knowledge of risk techniques, practices, control frameworks, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work effectively with associates and senior management
