Business Risk Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Risk & Controls Advisor in Enterprise Loan Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute risk program requirements including RCSA, control assurance, and issue management
• Provide risk guidance to enhance the control environment and develop key risk indicators
• Collaborate with business leadership to identify risks, create mitigation plans, and develop control assurance test plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operations Risk, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Preferred area of study includes Finance or Risk Management
• Preferred experience in Project Management or Internal/External Consulting
• Relevant certifications such as CRCM, PMP, CERP, CAMS, ISACA CISA, or ISACA CRISC are preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational risk management practices
