Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Risk and Controls Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, assess, monitor, and report on risk management and controls within the organization
• Collaborate with departments to design and implement controls, policies, and procedures
• Conduct risk control self-assessments and facilitate root cause analysis for operational losses

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury Operations, Accounting, Analytics, Reporting, Business Audit, or Technology Audit
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field in information technology
• Strong understanding of financial services and business process risk and control practices
• Ability to drive and lead organizational change and prioritize work effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
