Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Risk and Controls (Supporting Commercial Payments).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Risk Analysts to identify, measure, and manage risk while developing sustainable controls
• Oversee the completion of quarterly risk profiles and guide the implementation of risk management policies and procedures
• Engage with corporate risk management partners to standardize risk management processes across business lines

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of risk management processes and tools
• Understanding of business process design and optimization techniques
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
• Familiarity with internal controls and risk and control self-assessment (RCSA)
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment in financial services
