Required Qualifications

• A 2:1 degree from a top university
• 2+ years of experience in operational risk management in financial services
• Experience with risk identification and monitoring
• Understanding of control frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000) and risk taxonomy
• Experience with process mapping, RCSA execution, and control testing
