Business Sales Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support local sales teams by engaging stakeholders, including distributors and customers
• Process and monitor public tenders and manage invoicing and internal financial processes
• Define KPIs in collaboration with the Sales Organization and report market intelligence quarterly

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of compliance programs, sales operations, and logistics
• Bilingual in German and English
• Background in marketing and business intelligence
• Familiarity with service management processes is preferred
• Experience with law enforcement technology solutions is a plus
