Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Sales Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue growth goals through inbound/outbound calls
• Manage existing accounts and identify sales opportunities to retain customers and reduce churn
• Create proposals and handle customer account incidents in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with individual monthly quotas
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience working with executives and decision makers via telephone and email
• Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
