Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Business Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales from inbound calls and follow up with potential customers to sell business services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM software
• Manage customer relationships from initial contact to resolution or escalation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Wireless experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Familiarity with sales quotas and customer service principles
