Business Sales Representative

Job Summary

As a full-time Business Sales Call Center Representative, the candidate will manage an existing customer base and acquire new business accounts through inbound and outbound calls, focusing on meeting sales quotas and providing exceptional customer support while working remotely in any of the 40+ states where the company operates.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue growth goals for products and services via inbound/outbound calls
• Actively manage existing accounts to retain customers and reduce market churn through effective sales negotiations
• Create proposals and submit accurate and timely new orders following the established sales process

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with individual monthly quotas
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience working with executives and decision-makers via telephone and email
• Ability to follow attendance guidelines to meet business needs
• Self-motivated with a responsibility for achieving defined sales targets
