Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Service Specialist - Lending.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist applicants in completing loan applications and provide updates on application status
• Prescreen and process loan applications accurately while maintaining communication with customers and internal teams
• Cross-sell additional products and services to enhance customer relationships and meet their financial needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 1-4 years of customer service experience
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with financial reports, such as business and personal tax returns
• Sales or lending experience is a plus
