Job Summary

Business Services Delivery Director is a full-time remote position responsible for executing complex transformation engagements, providing strategic guidance, and driving account growth through innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate high-level vision into an executable strategic backlog and guide the transition to active execution
• Define and implement frameworks for operational excellence and ensure alignment with business outcomes through value realization tracking
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and license growth while instigating strategic conversations for future value

• Proven track record of managing large-scale change initiatives
