Business Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Services Specialist II responsible for managing training schedules and providing customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage centralized schedules for Stockwave Trainings and assist with Provision Conquest New User Trainings
• Create new accounts and handle third-party integrations for customer types
• Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries from clients and management

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or any level degree/certification with up to 1 year of experience
• Experience in scheduling client training activities preferred
• Strong customer service focus and experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
• Associates degree preferred
