Job Summary
Bridging business and technology teams, the full-time Business SME - Commercial Data will leverage 10+ years of US Pharma Commercial Operations experience to drive domain requirements and support CRM and MDM initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage commercial domain requirements and business rules
- Provide SME guidance for data migration, CRM, MDM, and analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate commercial requirements into solutions
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of US Pharma Commercial Operations experience
- Proficiency in Veeva CRM (Classic or Vault)
- Experience with IQVIA Data Products (e.g., Xponent, OneKey)
- Strong understanding of HCP/HCO segmentation, targeting, and alignment
- Experience with Business Requirements and Data Migration initiatives
