Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Solution Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine business requirements, including functional and technical aspects
• Conduct system impact and gap analysis, recommending alternative solutions and technology platforms
• Create documentation for business process reengineering (BPR) activities and stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT software development and implementation projects
• At least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design on large and complex IT projects
• Bachelor's degree required; additional experience may substitute for education
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business process reengineering (BPR) activities
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in alternatives analysis and gap analysis
