Business Solution Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Solution Architect, the full-time remote position will lead the design of innovative solutions for federal and state healthcare opportunities, partnering with capture and proposal teams to translate complex requirements into scalable designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning across capture and proposal lifecycle, including RFP analysis and solution design
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into end-to-end solution architectures
• Design integrated solutions that align with enterprise architecture and client objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in solution architecture or related fields with a focus on government or HHS programs
• Experience supporting state or federal HHS programs and proposal efforts
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, including claims processing and eligibility
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern architectures
• Familiarity with health data standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI/X12)
