Business Solution Manager

Job Summary

To support health plans in making data usable, the remote Business Solution Manager will own the definition and quality of business requirements, translating complex healthcare challenges into precise, testable requirements while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to gather business context and translate use cases into clear requirements
• Write and execute SQL to analyze data, ensuring hands-on data work throughout the requirements and design process
• Act as the central point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on business intent and design drivers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in the US healthcare domain, specifically with healthcare data
• Direct experience working with or for a US health plan, such as Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial
• Ability to write and execute SQL, with exposure to Databricks or Snowflake being desirable
• Experience in eliciting and authoring business requirements in complex, data-driven environments
