Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Solution Manager for a remote, full-time position, who will manage the requirements-to-design process by translating complex healthcare challenges into clear, actionable requirements while ensuring quality and clarity throughout client engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to gather and document business requirements and success criteria
- Translate client needs into testable requirements and design specifications for developers, ensuring traceability and clarity
- Write and execute SQL to analyze data and validate assumptions throughout the requirements and design phases
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience in the US healthcare domain, specifically with healthcare data
- Direct experience working with or for a US health plan (Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial)
- Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and prototyping
- Experience in eliciting and authoring business requirements in complex, data-driven environments
