Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst - People Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to map processes and document technical needs
• Lead project lifecycle from planning to closure, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and quality
• Provide technology support, troubleshooting issues within the People Technology stack and maintaining user guides

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management role
• Proficient in Workday with hands-on experience navigating its functionality
• Experience with other HR systems, especially Greenhouse or TA technology, is a plus
• Workday configuration experience is a plus
