Business Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to provide product management support services remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and advise the development of products within the client product portfolio
• Lead the identification and articulation of client business program objectives and key results for product development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize solutions that align with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience applying analytical processes on IT projects, with at least three (3) years in business systems analysis and design
• Bachelor's degree, with the possibility of substituting additional qualifying experience for education
• Minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience using data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience in a lead business analyst role for system or application solution implementation projects
• Minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience in developing, designing, and documenting as-is and to-be process flows
