Business Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting business analysis activities for the Investigation Management System Improvements effort, the contract Business Solutions Analyst will conduct stakeholder discovery, gather requirements, analyze processes, and create actionable project artifacts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to identify business needs and priorities
• Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, user needs, and functional requirements
• Analyze workflow gaps and recommend practical solution options

Required qualifications:

• Experience performing business analysis for technology implementation, enhancement, or modernization projects
• Demonstrated experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements
• Strong analytical, facilitation, process mapping, and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Must meet the applicable TDDC MSA labor category education and experience requirements
