Business Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

Formulating and defining business scope and objectives, the full-time Associate Principal-Business Solutions Analyst will conduct functional analysis, develop specifications, and manage business process solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration and testing
• Identify and resolve gaps in business processes, including security/authorization setup and data interface design
• Develop functional specifications and manage data mapping and reconciliation efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant technical or business work experience
• Deep understanding of information systems and business processes
• Expertise in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
