Business Solutions Analyst
Job Summary
To support business operations, the full-time Business Solutions Analyst will serve as a liaison between the business community and IT, managing EDI projects, resolving transaction issues, and developing business requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary EDI contact for suppliers and internal teams, communicating project requirements and resolving technical issues
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for EDI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and assist in business process redesign as needed
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Five years of experience deploying EDI solutions using XML and HTTP
- Proficiency in EDI transaction sets and tools such as IBM Sterling Integrator and Axway Cyclone
- Experience in creating and executing test cases and troubleshooting production transaction issues
- Ability to translate technical requirements into business language and negotiate across multiple groups
