Business Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance business information systems, the remote Business Solutions Analyst will perform systems analysis, conduct needs assessments, and liaise with customers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications while working a full-time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for new or improved business process solutions
• Develop functional and systems requirements, prepare business cases, and ensure integration of all system components
• Plan and participate in systems implementation, providing post-implementation support and conducting performance testing of new solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in documenting business processes using methodologies such as flowcharts and data flow diagrams
• 3 years of experience capturing requirements via Azure throughout the development lifecycle
• 3 years of experience analyzing processes for optimization and documenting proposed improvements using Dynamics 365 and Azure capabilities
• Proficiency in Scrum methodology and Azure DevOps
