Business Solutions Analyst
Job Summary
To support the analysis and improvement of business information systems, the remote Business Solutions Analyst will perform needs analyses, conduct feasibility studies, and serve as a liaison between customers and technical teams for a 12-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform needs analyses to identify opportunities for new or improved business process solutions
- Conduct business process reengineering and feasibility studies to enhance system capabilities
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and develop comprehensive business cases for IT solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, with additional experience potentially substituting for education
- Minimum of five years of experience in applying analytical processes on IT projects, with at least three years in business systems analysis and design
- Experience in eliciting and documenting business processes using industry-standard methodologies
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Scrum methodology
- Strong analytical and testing skills, with the ability to document proposed improvements leveraging Dynamics 365 and Azure capabilities
