Business Solutions Analyst II

Job Summary

Managing moderately complex projects, the full-time Business Solutions Analyst II will support long-term operational initiatives by executing tasks, improving processes, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards, while working onsite in Herndon, Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and improvement of ISO standards and CMMI appraisals for Goldbelt and its subsidiaries
• Run and maintain compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and supporting stakeholder decision-making
• Perform data analysis and audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with government contracting standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in program, project, or contract management
• Proficiency in program data management and compliance reporting
• Demonstrated experience managing program data and improving operational processes
• Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems, including MS Office Suite
