Job Summary

Managing moderately complex projects, the full-time salaried Business Solutions Analyst II will support long-term operational initiatives by executing tasks, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Manage program data by entering, updating, and maintaining program-related information and documents
• Run and maintain compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and supporting stakeholder decision-making
• Evaluate program management systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and usability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in program or project management
• Proficiency in program data management and compliance reporting
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO standards or CMMI processes is preferred
• Basic understanding of relevant software, including MS Office Suite
