Business Solutions Analyst II

Job Summary

Managing moderately complex projects, the full-time salaried Business Solutions Analyst II will execute tasks related to program data management, compliance reporting, and operational support while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage program data by entering, updating, and maintaining all related information, ensuring compliance with government contracting standards
• Run and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports, providing insights that support stakeholder decision-making and compliance with ISO and CMMI requirements
• Analyze operational issues and recommend standard solutions for improvement, while supporting enterprise-level initiatives and managing business solutions processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in program or project management
• Demonstrated experience managing program data and improving operational processes
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO standards or CMMI processes is preferred
• Basic understanding of relevant software, tools, and systems used in the corporate environment, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
